About Allen Hills PT, DPT
Located within CrossFit Amethyst, I offer cash pay physical therapy services with an active approach in helping you navigate the gap between rehab and performance. Whether you're dealing with nagging pain, recovering from surgery, managing a chronic or hypermobile condition, or looking to optimize your training, I focus on strength, movement quality, and long-term resilience.
I earned my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Miami in 2022 after completing my undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at Western Washington University in 2019. Having grown up locally in Oak Harbor, Washington, I’m proud to serve the community that shaped me.
I am trained and certified by the Institute of Clinical Excellence (ICEphysio) in up to date Clinical Management of the Fitness Athlete and Modern Management of the Older Adult, and I am also a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer at CrossFit Amethyst.
Through my expertise, I hope to empower my patients with treatments and education to continue moving better towards a healthier lifestyle.
